My husband and I have just purchased a gas furnace. Originally we were to have the installation in the third week of April. We ran out of oil in February and asked to have our installation moved up as quickly as possible.
Not only were we told that this could be done but a crew arrived at our home on the first working day after our call. The furnace was installed that day. We have subsequently had a service person come when the small temporary propane tank ran out of fuel and today had two more of your people come to hook up the larger propane tank.
So all in all we have met six of your employees in a very short time. I have to wonder where you find your employees. Every one of them was extremely personable! They were pleasant to deal with and patient enough to answer all of our questions, and there were many.
The service we have received is the best we have seen in years. In fact in a day and age where you can barely get proper service anywhere you people really shine. We are so impressed with your company and will not hesitate to recommend you to any one we talk to.
Thank you so much for making our experience so pleasant and for your incredible service. It's a pleasure dealing with people who not only know what their doing but know how to smile.

I just wanted to let you all know what a great experience it has been working with everyone at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. From my initial phone call, meetings with the Home Comfort Advisor and with the installation over the last two days, things have been so easy.Brian's efficiency and knowledge as well as his manner were an important part of our final decision to use One Hour. We appreciated the time he took with us and how quickly he got the ball rolling when we made a final decision.
Derek and Mark were hard working, extremely informative, happy and polite. They were punctual and were even okay with my 6 year old checking out what they were doing. They left my house cleaner than it was before they came, and walked me through all the necessary information for our new furnace and A/C. We greatly appreciate their work ethic.
Not to beleaguer the phrase, but, it has been a 'great experience' working with you! We will have no problems recommending One Hour to our friends and family.
